So, lately I've been into eating and cooking healthy foods. Key word: cooking. This weekend I went to a little market and bought fresh herbs (basil, parsley, oregano) for the first time! I've learned that love the smell of fresh basil. And I'm loving mint tea with a spoonful of honey. Yum. I'm so proud of myself, I made homemade vegetable soup for the week and Sunday night I made tilapia and sweet potatoes. What's the between sweet potatoes and yams? I'm also DVR'ing Top Chef and have picked up the latest issues of Bon Appetit. Hopefully, I can keep this up throughout the year. Wish me luck.
